Pre-Treatment Instructions

Disclose all medical conditions, medications, implants, or previous surgeries.
Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment.
Post-Treatment Instructions
Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness may occur and typically resolves within 24–72 hours.
Avoid intense exercise, saunas, or hot baths for 24–48 hours post-treatment.
Continue to hydrate and maintain a healthy diet to support results.
Avoid tanning or excessive sun exposure on treated areas; use SPF 30+ once cleared.
Follow any additional instructions provided by your provider for optimal results.
