Reservations We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours prior; however, it is the client’s responsibility to manage appointments regardless of reminders. Cancellations Please provide at least **48 hours’ notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. If we must cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, all fees will be waived. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened session or be rescheduled with a cancellation fee. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to check in and relax before your treatment. First Visits New clients should arrive early or complete their intake forms online in advance. All services are elective and not covered by insurance. Packages must be paid in full prior to the first treatment session. Gratuity Not accepted for medical services.
