Medical Aesthetics Bar Policy & Etiquette Guide Welcome to our space. To ensure a safe, respectful, and relaxing experience for all clients, please review the following policies before your visit. Reservations We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Appointment reminders are sent 48 hours prior; however, it is the client’s responsibility to manage appointments regardless of reminders. Cancellations Please provide at least **48 hours’ notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. If we must cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, all fees will be waived. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened session or be rescheduled with a cancellation fee. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to check in and relax before your treatment. First Visits New clients should arrive early or complete their intake forms online in advance. Please disclose any: * Medical conditions * Allergies * Recent procedures * Pregnancy or nursing This ensures your treatment is both safe and personalized. All services are elective and not covered by insurance. Packages must be paid in full prior to the first treatment session. Gratuity Not accepted for medical services. Optional for aesthetic services. Tips may be given via cash, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Cash App. Gift Certificates Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash Must be presented at time of booking or redemption Environment & Safety To protect the comfort of all clients: 🔇 Silence phones and minimize noise 🚭 No smoking or vaping on premises 🐶 No pets (service animals welcome) 🚫 Children under 12 are not permitted in treatment areas Refunds & Returns All services are final sale. Retail products may be returned for store credit within 14 days with receipt, only in the case of allergy or defect. Used packages are non-refundable. Packages & Expiration Packages expire 12 months from the purchase date Laser services packages expire in 18 months Unused treatments are non-refundable Remaining sessions may be converted to store credit at equal value (excluding promotional pricing) Agreement to Terms By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Policy & Etiquette Guide, and consent to treatment as described.
